Animation of Hudson River emergency landing

Here’s an accurate 3D animation – complete with audio from radio transmissions – of US Airways flight 1549 emergency landing in the Hudson River on January 15. The animation was created by Scene Systems, a company that creates 3D animation for legal cases.
The flight data used to create the animation was taken from New York Times reports and eyewitness testimonies.
I expect to see in the near future this kind of infographic/animation reporting more frequently on news sites.
